Jared is an investor at Pruven Capital. Prior to Pruven, he was at K1 Investment Management ($15B AUM firm focused on B2B software investments) for over 6 years. During his time at K1, Jared led new investments for the firm and participated in over two dozen closed enterprise software transactions across spaces including fintech, construction/field service, GenAI, and enterprise IT. Some of Jared’s notable previous board responsibilities include TokenEx, GoCanvas, and Raffle. Outside of the venture space he has had experience in private equity, start-up consulting, and developing businesses for the LATAM market.  

 

Jared graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California where he was a Discovery Scholar in Economics. In his spare time, Jared enjoys traveling with his wife and their dachshund, Frank.
